1. Each day a meal is provided and served by the parents. A variety of foods are
served with most main dishes purchased by the Band Boosters such as Outback Steakhouse, Metro Catering, Garden of Eating, and other local favorites. We look to you, the families, for help with the remaining items: side dishes, vegetables, desserts, fruit, salads, etc.
2. Let us know as soon as possible if your child has any special dietary needs/allergies such as Gluten, Vegeterian, etc. so we can insure there is food for all students at each meal. We will do our best to accomodate your requests.
3. We are in need of volunteers to help with picking up food, setup, serving, and cleanup each day. We need help Mon-Thur each week from 4:30 pm till approx. 6:00 pm, and Fridays help is needed from 11:30 am till approx. 1:00 pm for lunch.
4. As mentioned earlier, We are also in need of food or money donations for main side dishes (Cheesy Potato casserole, etc.), vegetables, fruit, dessert, yogurt for each meal and snacks/yogurt/orange juice/capri sun etc. for afternoon breaks on both fridays (see menu below).
5. The number of people we are feeding is approximately 120 total, so please
plan on making enough for all or joining with another family and preparing/donating together. If you have a specific side dish you would like to
donate let me know and we can see which meal/day best fits the dish. You can
also make a money donation towards the purchase of food, but please let us know as soon as possible.
