WA MARCHING PRIDE 2024 CAVALCADE CANDY GRAMS
Help us celebrate and support our WA Marching Pride Students by purchasing a Candy Gram! Candy grams are small messages and treats purchased for members of the marching band and color guard. Many parents, grandparents, friends, etc. send messages such as, "We're so excited to see you perform with the band tonight. Love, Pap and Gram". It is also an easy way for rookies to thank their seniors or others who have helped welcome them into the Marching Pride, and for friends to recognize one another. The students will receive their candy grams at the conclusion of Cavalcade. Please support your band/guard members in this way!
Candy Grams purchased by the September 23 deadline only cost $1 per item purchased. Candy Grams will also be available for sale at Cavalcade, however the cost will be $2 per each item, and the items offered may vary.
Conservative quantities of the following items have been purchased, and we will attempt to fill the orders as indicated. If substitutions are needed, I would appreciate your understanding.
To address allergy concerns, the following items can also be sent via candy grams - Dum-Dums lolipops, Ring pops, and Smarties as each of these items indicate that they are free of the 9 major food allergens. If you wish to order these items instead, please cross off one of the line items on the candy gram order form and write "Allergy" and we will know to substitute these items. More than one lolipop or Smartie per order will be given due to the cost of these items.
Candy Gram Instructions:
Additional candy gram forms are available in the HS band room. Please consider making a monetary and/or unaddressed candy gram donation to ensure all students enjoy this tradition. If you are uncertain of someone’s last name, you can include a note with your orders – “Jeff in the trumpet section”. Thank you! Any questions please contact Susan Betta at [email protected].
