Treasurer BIOs
Nominations for Treasurer Personal Bios
Christina Baker
Hello, my name is Christina Baker. I am employed by Covestro in the accounting department, specifically fixed asset accounting. My previous employment also included accounts payable responsibilities. I have over 20 years of accounting experience. On a personal level, I have treasurer experience in various bowling leagues I was involved in. My daughter Devyn is a rookie band member this year and I thought this position was a good match for my skill set and a great opportunity to get involved.
Colleen Kartychak
I have lived in North Fayette since 2012 with my husband Rob and our two boys, Bobby (class of 2025) and Patrick (class of 2028). I have an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from Saint Mary's College. I taught one year in a public school in California and 3 years at a private school in Pittsburgh. I then went to Pitt Law School, graduating with a J.D. and working as a licensed attorney since 2003. I have worked in mid-size f irms in Pittsburgh and a small firm in Beaver prior to my current position in legal compliance for Constellation, a national retail electric supplier.
Within the community, I've been involved with the McKee and WAMS PTAs, as well as teaching religious education at St. Patrick's (now called St. Isidore). I have also used my PA Notary license to support local groups including the PTA and volunteers. Through Bobby and Patrick, I have supported the boys' elementary travel basketball team, WAYSA, Battle of the Books, WA Inline Hockey, and WA Marching Band of course! Bobby has been in the Marching Band since 8th grade, as a part of the drum line. He has attended all trips and festivals. While Bobby has been involved I have contributed food for band camp and donated cookies and time for the cookie walks.
